
I’m Uffan Manzoor, a dedicated and results-driven Network and IT Support Engineer with over 3 years of hands-on experience in supporting enterprise IT environments, optimizing network infrastructure, and delivering exceptional technical support across a range of industries. Currently based in Dublin, Ireland, I hold the right to work and am actively pursuing a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity at Dublin Business School.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong technical and interpersonal skills that allow me to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently—minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity. Whether it’s configuring Cisco routers, scripting in Python or Bash, resolving hardware/software incidents, or managing cloud-based tools like Office 365 and AWS, I take pride in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
I’ve worked in fast-paced roles at HCL Technologies and Capgemini, where I supported infrastructure rollouts, resolved BSOD and network faults, and managed Active Directory and SCCM-based deployments across 350+ sites. My technical toolkit includes routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VoIP systems, Linux/Windows environments, and enterprise-level service management platforms like ServiceNow.
As a continuous learner, I’ve earned certifications in CCNA, Network Security, and Cybersecurity Tools, and am currently preparing for CompTIA Network+ and A+ to further deepen my expertise.
